Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Crusher Consumables Direct website operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd. By using this site, you agree to the terms below and to act lawfully and responsibly when submitting enquiries or placing orders.

1. Acceptance of these website terms

Crusher Consumables Direct provides information, stock-holding services and freight coordination for crusher wear parts from its Middelburg, Mpumalanga base. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, clients and other users who access the site, submit enquiries or rely on any information published here.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the website. Continued use of the site means that you accept the terms as they stand from time to time. We may update these terms when operational, legal or compliance needs change and the revised version will apply from the date it is published.

2. Using the site for lawful business enquiries

The website is intended for genuine business use in connection with crusher wear parts, freight planning and order support for mines and quarries. You must not use the site in a way that is unlawful, misleading, harmful or disruptive to our systems or to other users.

  • Do not submit false, incomplete or impersonated enquiry details.
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or related systems.
  • Do not copy, scrape, alter or republish site content without written permission.
  • Do not use the site to introduce malware, spam or any other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend access where use of the site creates risk to our operations, our staff or our clients.

3. Information about parts, stock and freight

Any reference on this site to jaw plates, mantles, concaves, blow bars, liners or similar crusher wear parts is provided for general business information only. Stock availability, route planning, delivery timing and order consolidation depend on the destination, load size, road conditions, site access rules and current operational capacity. Remote mine deliveries in Mpumalanga, Limpopo, the Northern Cape, North West and Gauteng may require additional planning, especially where site entries are controlled or where weather, load shedding or road conditions affect movement.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every item shown on the site will always be available at the exact time of viewing. You should confirm specific requirements through the enquiry form before relying on any listed service or item.

  • Stock holding is managed from Middelburg and may move according to demand.
  • Freight support is arranged according to route, urgency and site access.
  • Shutdown planning and bundled part kits must be confirmed before dispatch.

4. Enquiries, quotes and order support

Submitting an enquiry through the contact page does not create a binding contract. Any quote, schedule or proposed delivery arrangement is subject to review, stock confirmation and acceptance by the appropriate representative. Order support may involve one or more team members, including the Managing Director, Operations Manager, Freight Coordinator, Customer Support Lead, Warehouse Supervisor or Procurement Administrator.

Where we assist with consolidated orders, return freight planning or urgent part dispatch, the client remains responsible for checking the accuracy of the request, the suitability of the part for the machine and the correctness of the delivery details. A quotation may lapse if the underlying stock position or transport cost changes before acceptance.

5. Delivery, access and site responsibility

We coordinate deliveries to depots, service areas and mine sites including Middelburg, Witbank, Steelpoort, Burgersfort, Phalaborwa, Rustenburg, Kathu and Johannesburg East where access arrangements allow. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by road closures, weather, traffic, weighbridge delays, security checks or instructions from the receiving site.

The client must ensure that the delivery point is suitable for the ordered goods and that there is proper offloading capacity. If a site requires permits, booking references or special induction documents, those requirements must be provided in good time. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete access information or refusal of entry by a third party.

  • Confirm opening times and offloading rules before dispatch.
  • Make sure the receiving contact is available at site.
  • Check that the delivery point can handle the load safely.

6. Intellectual property and content control

All website text, layout, images, service descriptions and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Crusher Consumables Direct or its service providers. You may view the site for your own business reference, but you may not reproduce or distribute its content without permission.

The name Crusher Consumables Direct, related marks and the page content are used to identify our business and services. Nothing on this website gives you a licence to use our intellectual property, trade names or material in a way that suggests approval, affiliation or endorsement.

7. Liability limits and governing law

We take care to present accurate information and to support clients with practical freight and stock-holding services, but use of the website is at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of production, delay, loss of profit or any other consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute relating to the use of this website will be handled in accordance with South African law and the appropriate local court jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
