How to request a quote for crusher wear parts

Use the enquiry form on our contact page to send your part list and site details. The more detail you give us, the quicker we can check stock, match the right wear parts and plan transport to your mine or quarry.

Please include the crusher type if you have it, plus the parts you need such as jaw plates, mantles, concaves, blow bars and liners. If you are unsure on sizes or profiles, send photos, measurements or the old part number if available and we will work from that.

  • Part name and quantity
  • Machine make and model if known
  • Delivery town, mine or quarry location
  • Required date or shutdown window
  • Any site access or offloading notes

What happens after you submit the form

Once your request comes through, our team in Middelburg checks what is held in stock and what needs to be sourced. We then prepare pricing, lead times and freight options based on where the parts need to go and how urgent the job is.

Thabo Mokoena oversees the process as Managing Director, with Lerato Nkosi handling operations and Johan van der Merwe coordinating freight. Ayanda Dlamini supports customer queries, while Sibusiso Mahlangu manages warehouse release and Megan Naidoo handles procurement follow up.

If the order is for a shutdown or a breakdown, we flag it early and keep the timing tight. That helps reduce lost production and avoids the common delays that come with remote deliveries and loading bay restrictions.

Stock holding from Middelburg for remote mine supply

Our base in Middelburg, Mpumalanga is set up for stock holding of crusher wear parts and regular freight to mines and quarries across South Africa. We serve areas including Witbank, Steelpoort, Burgersfort, Phalaborwa, Rustenburg, Kathu and Johannesburg East, with routes extending into Mpumalanga, Limpopo, the Northern Cape, North West and Gauteng.

Holding stock locally helps when you need parts at short notice or when a shutdown has been moved forward. It also helps during load-shedding periods, when many sites are trying to keep maintenance work moving and cannot afford long waits for replacement parts.

  • Short notice dispatch for urgent wear part needs
  • Order consolidation so one consignment can cover multiple items
  • Bundled part kits for planned maintenance and shutdown work
  • Return freight planning where recovered items must move back from site

Freight planning for mines, quarries and outlying sites

Remote deliveries need more than a truck and a waybill. We plan the route, the load securing, the site delivery timing and the handover details before anything leaves the yard. This matters when the destination is a mine road, a quarry entrance with limited access, or a site where offloading windows are tight.

We also consider weather and road conditions, especially on long runs to the Northern Cape or where gravel roads and coastal humidity can affect packaging and transit time. If your site has gate procedures, weighbridge rules or limited access times, tell us in advance so we can schedule properly.

  • Route planning for long distance freight
  • Load securing for heavy crusher components
  • Site delivery coordination with your receiving team
  • Return freight planning for unusable or recovered parts

Make sure your quote is accurate the first time

Accurate quotes depend on accurate information. When you send in a request, include the exact wear part description and, where possible, the dimensions or a clear photo beside a tape measure. Jaw plates, mantles, concaves, blow bars and liners can vary from one machine to another, so good detail saves time and avoids wrong supply.

If you are asking for multiple items, separate them clearly. A simple list with quantities is enough. If you need parts for more than one machine on site, note that as well. It helps us split the order properly and quote freight in a way that suits the receiving team.

For repeat orders, let us know what has worked before and what has not. That kind of feedback helps with future stock calls and keeps the support process straighter, especially when the same site has recurring wear rates.

When to send a request for pricing and dispatch

Send your request as soon as you know a shutdown date or suspect a part change is due. Early notice gives us a better chance to secure stock, organise transport and line up delivery for the right day. It also gives us time to check whether a full kit is better than ordering pieces one by one.

If the need is urgent, say so in the form and note the site deadline. We will prioritise the enquiry and come back with the fastest practical option for supply and freight. If the job is not urgent, we can still help with stock checks and staged delivery planning.

Our support is practical and direct. You send the requirement, we confirm what can be supplied, and we plan the move from Middelburg to site without unnecessary back and forth.

Questions we get asked

What should I include in a quote request?

Send the part names, quantities, machine details if known, delivery location and your required date. Photos or measurements help when you are unsure about the exact wear part.

Do you handle urgent deliveries to remote mines?

Yes. We arrange urgent part dispatch and remote mine freight to sites across Mpumalanga, Limpopo, the Northern Cape, North West and Gauteng, subject to stock and route timing.

Can you help if I only have a worn part and no part number?
